- Oct. 19, 22 and 25: Advance Polls
- Oct. 24: Mobile Poll application deadline
- Oct. 28: Last day to apply for mail-in ballots.
- Oct. 29: Election Day, 8:00 am - 8:00 pm. Deadline date for receipt of mail-in ballots (8:00 pm).
- Nov. 5: All election signs and posters to be removed

On October 29, 2014, a by-election will be held for a Separate School Board Trustee to fill a vacancy on the Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools Board of Education.

Nominations as of Sept 16, 2014
Nomination forms may be obtained from the Office of the City Clerk (2nd Floor, City Hall), at the Saskatoon Public Library, 311 23rd Street East, or at the offices of the Greater Saskatoon Catholic School Board, 420 22nd Street East.
Nomination papers may be filed at the Office of the City Clerk, 2nd Floor City Hall, at the following dates and times:
- Sept. 15-23, (Monday-Friday only) 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
- Wednesday, Sept 24, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Mail-in Ballots are now available (Sept 8)
Voters who will be out of Saskatoon on by-election day may now fill out applications for mail-in ballots at the Office of the City Clerk, 2nd Floor, City Hall. Follow the link below for more information.

A printed Voters Guide will soon be delivered to homes, and will be available for download after that.
The nominations period is September 15-24, 2014. Nomination forms will be accepted at the Office of the City Clerk, Monday to Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Nominations close at 4:00 pm on September 24.
Nomination forms can be picked up from the Office of the City Clerk (2nd Floor, City Hall), at the Saskatoon Public Library, 311 23rd Street East, or at the offices of the Greater Saskatoon Catholic School Board, 420 22nd Street East.
The updated list of nominations will be available at the City Clerks Office at the end of each day, as well as on this site.
Candidates may submit their profiles by e-mail during the nomination period and should include a photo of the candidate, contact information, and a short statement. Please review the guidelines (see below) prior to submitting your profile.
After the close of nominations, candidate profile statements will be published here. They will also be included in the printed Voters Guide, which will be distributed to homes in Saskatoon.
Where to Vote?
Separate School Board trustees are elected city-wide, meaning that all eligible voters from anywhere in Saskatoon may vote in this election. However, you must vote at the polling station for the poll in which you reside on by-election day. If you want to know where that is, consult the attached polling station map, or plug your address into our pollfinder form.
