Council Meetings 

City Council meets in Council Chambers on the main floor of City Hall. 

Starting on July 1, 2014, City Council will hold both a Regular Business Meeting and a Regular Public Hearing Meeting, typically on the last Monday of the month. The Regular Business Meeting commences at 1:00 p.m. and adjourns by 5:00 p.m. and the Regular Public Hearing Meeting commences at 6:00 p.m. and adjourns by 11:00 p.m.

Council chambers are fully wheelchair-accessible, and services are available for those who require hearing assistance.

City Council meetings are also broadcast live on Shaw Channel 10, then replayed the following Thursday, at 1:00 p.m. and again the following Monday, at 6:00 p.m. Meetings are also available on SaskTel Max on Demand within a couple of days.

A guest wireless network service is available for use in the Council Chamber and Committee Rooms at City Hall.  Arrangements for access MUST be made in advance with the City Clerk's Office during regular business hours by calling the Deputy City Clerk at (306) 975-2880 or email city.clerks@saskatoon.ca.

Streaming video is only available beginning with the February 22, 2011 Council meeting.
