To view City Council Agendas and Minutes, please select the appropriate icon below. Agendas will usually be posted three days prior to the date of the meeting. Unofficial minutes are usually posted within a week of the meeting taking place. Council minutes are not considered official until approved at the next meeting of Council, and may be subject to change.

Condensed Agendas do not include the various attachments (reports, letters, etc) which make up the bulk of the Full Agendas. Full Agendas may exceed 100 megabytes in size and be in excess of 700 printed pages.

Council minutes and agendas are also available in printed form from the Office of the City Clerk by subscription, at an annual rate of $61.90 + GST for minutes only, and $500.00 + GST for the full Council package. For more information call 975-3240.

Council agendas are fully searchable for those using Adobe Acrobat version 7.0 or higher. The searchable version will be posted as soon as possible after the agenda is created (see above), but may not be available until the Friday before Council.
