Unofficial minutes are usually posted within a week of the meeting taking place. Council minutes are not considered official until approved at the next meeting of Council, and may be subject to change.

Condensed Agendas do not include the various attachments (reports, letters, etc) which make up the bulk of the Full Agendas. Full Agendas may exceed 50 megabytes in size and be in excess of 700 printed pages.

Council minutes and agendas are also available in printed form from the Office of the City Clerk by subscription, at an annual rate of $61.90 + GST for minutes only, and $500.00 + GST for the full Council package. For more information call 975-3240.
