Waste management appeals can be made by any property owner who wishes to dispute a waste management order made by the City of Saskatoon against his or her property.

The procedure of making an appeal under this category is the same as that for a property maintenance appeal.  Appeals are heard by the Property Maintenance Appeals Board sitting as the Waste Management Appeals Board.
