Appointments
|
The City of Saskatoon is committed to public participation in a democratic, open and responsive government. One of the ways in which this is achieved is through the appointment of members of the public to committees, commissions and boards. Membership appointments are made by City Council late in the year to commence in January. Vacancies are filled throughout the year whenever necessary.
Applications are still being accepted for a number of civic Boards, Commissions and Committees for 2010. Please read the information provided below, and if you are interested in applying, please submit an application to the City Clerk’s Office. You may print off the appropriate form(s) below, or follow the links to apply on-line.
You must be a citizen of Saskatoon to apply for a position on a civic board, commission or committee. A "citizen" has been defined by Council as someone who resides within the boundaries of the City of Saskatoon. |
