The City of Saskatoon, through the administration of various programs and services, maintains documents, which may contain important historical information about commercial and residential properties.  This information includes:

• Building Permits
• Plumbing Permits
• Occupancy Permits for existing suites in one-unit dwellings
• Outstanding Zoning, Fire, Health or Infrastructure Services orders
• Heritage and Zoning designations

A Building Information Abstract is a document that outlines this information and is available through the Building Standards Branch. 

A Property Information Disclosure is a document that outlines some of this information, however some information is excluded, such as zoning bylaw compliance information.  Property Information Disclosures are only available for residential property (excluding multiple-unit dwellings), and do not reuire a Real Property Report to be supplied.
