Fishing Pond

Spend a relaxing afternoon with the kids and try your hand at catching a Rainbow Trout in the Forestry Farm Park Fishing Pond.
The pond is open daily for your fishing enjoyment. It was built in partnership with Saskatchewan Environment and Resource Management through the fish enhancement program. There is a two fish per person, per day, limit and we encourage catch and release.
Daily fishing permits are required; they are available at the front gate from May 1 to September 5. September 6 to October 31 fishing permits are available at the Zoo Admission Gate.
You must supply your own equipment and bait (no corn please). |
