Our pride is showing!  The only thing cuter than a lion cub is TWO lion cubs! African lions Dobi and Cooey are the proud parents of two healthy cubs born September 24, 2011. 

Saskatoon's most majestic family is now enjoying life as a pride in the PotashCorp Ark exhibit through Fall 2012.  Don’t miss your chance to view these spectacular animals up close!

Known for their strength and courage, lions are a species at risk.  Both four years old, Dobi and Cooey came from out of province and have lived at the Saskatoon Forestry Farm Park & Zoo in the PotashCorp Ark exhibit for the past two years. This special exhibit allows the Zoo to house animals never seen before in Saskatoon.
