The College Drive Streetscape Improvement Master Plan provides a long-term plan for improvements for pedestrians and cyclists on College Drive from Preston Avenue to Clarence Avenue, and along Cumberland Avenue from College Drive to 14th Street.

The purpose of this project is to enhance the area for pedestrians and cyclists along College Drive and to improve access to and from the University and the nearby residential neighbourhoods.

Through the creation of paths, nodes, gateways and street furniture, the special character and history of the area will be celebrated in order to create a unique identity for College Drive.
