This section is responsible for providing the technology services required for maintaining and evolving the IT technical infrastructure; planning for future growth, security, database administration, the setup and maintenance of corporate servers, email services, backup of the production environment, management of the corporate network, and ITIL process implementation. The group also provides technology integration services such as Web services design and administration.

• System Services
  This team is responsible for the setup and maintenance of all production servers (over 200 servers), multiple storage area networks, and the installation and managemet of corporate database engines. The team also provides monitoring and performance tuning of our SQL Server and Oracle databases, and ensures the production databases are properly backed up.
   
  
• Integration Services
  This team is responsible for ensuring that all of the technology implemented integrates easily, providing architectural design and administration services for the Web environment, researching emerging technologies and making recommendations regarding their future fit in our environment. 
  
  
• Infrastructure Services
  This team is responsible for the setup and maintenance of the corporate computer networks, security, monitoring network performance, protecting against computer virus attacks, all email services, firewall setup and monitoring, and application, database and network security.
