The Finance Branch is responsible for providing corporate financial recording, reporting and control; supplier payments; administration of the City's Operating and Capital Budget process; employee payroll and benefits; and payments to superannuants. In addition, general financial management services are provided to all departments, boards and commissions. The office is organized into two sections to assist in the delivery of service.
