The Corporate Services Department provides support services to the Corporation to allow it to perform its functions in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
The department is responsible for financial planning, administration of the corporate budgeting process, the accounting of corporate revenues and expenditures, payroll and benefits, managing the corporate computer network, property assessment, purchasing and inventory management, and administrative support services. These responsibilities and services are delivered through the following four branches: Corporate Information Services, Assessment Branch, Finance Branch, and Revenue Branch.
The Corporate Services Department is also responsible for the Animal Services program. This program provides animal control, pound, and other services to the citizens of Saskatoon that promote and enhance the animal-human experience in the community.
