The Administration Branch is responsible for providing support services to the Department in the areas of financial, clerical, administrative, and human resource services.
Financial services include the administration, development and maintenance of the Work Order System, Payroll System, Accounts Receivable and Payable, Corporate Inventory System, interface to the Corporate Financial System and all other accounting services, including coordination of the Capital and Operating Budgets (including staffing) for the Department. The Branch also reviews and reports on the budgets on a monthly basis, and ensures proper financial procedures are used within the Department in the allocation of funds and the handling of goods and services.
