In areas with excessive on-street parking, signs will be posted advising of street sweeping at least twenty-four hours in advance of the date indicated. Parking is not allowed between the hours of 6:00 a.m. until the street sweeping is complete that day.

In areas where "no parking" signs are posted, vehicles may be ticketed and towed to a nearby street where space is available.

Where to move your vehicle

Many residents have the convenience of a driveway or back laneway to park their vehicles during street sweeping. For residents without these conveniences, it may be necessary to park some distance away from your home. Please ensure your vehicle is not parked on any of these streets on the date indicated on the signs, as this will decrease the effectiveness of our street sweeping campaign.
