Saskatoon Transit made a number of adjustments to specific routes on July 1, 2012.
Routes
Saskatoon Transit routes listed below are effective September 2, 2012. Click the route name to download its map and schedule.

DART routes follow a common trunk route with limited stops across the most of the city and split into local branch loops at each end. Service on the trunk route is twice as frequent as service on the branch loops. The following chart displays the frequency on the trunk route.

How Do Routes and Schedules Work?
Most routes in the Saskatoon Transit network operate on consistent routes and schedules throughout the day. Customers just need to remember the times after the hour the bus will come, and it will be the same time throughout each service period. There are seven different service periods as listed in the table below. The schedules on most routes are even simpler, with only two or three different schedule periods throughout the week. The following chart describes the frequency of service (in minutes) for each Service Type during each service period:

Many areas of the city have higher frequencies than listed above. When more than one route overlaps, service is often provided every 15 minutes. Where DART routes overlap, peak period service frequency can be as low as every 5 minutes. Be sure to check schedules for all routes providing service to your destination.
Connections at City Centre
Most routes travel to City Centre. Of the routes that do travel to City Centre, most meet at the quarters of the clock (:00, :15, :30, :45). Usually they arrive slightly before the scheduled time, and leave one minute after. The exception is the Route 40 towards the airport. For travel within the central part of the city, where several routes overlap, and along DART trunk lines, there is rarely the need to wait more than 2-3 minutes for a connection downtown.
Buses do not necessarily meet at suburban transit hubs due to scheduling constraints.
