Eastbound traffic on 8^th Street is restricted to one lane just east of the Preston Avenue intersection. The lane restriction is required for repairs to a watermain in the area.

The work should be complete and the lane re-opened by Monday morning, February 1, weather permitting and barring unforeseen circumstances.

Motorists are reminded to please drive carefully, obey all road restrictions and watch for work crews in the area.
