Starting Tuesday, September 7 at 6:30 a.m., southbound traffic on Wanuskewin Road will be diverted to the new section of the roadway approximately 200 metres south of Marquis Drive. Speed reductions will be in effect at the crossover. Northbound traffic on Wanuskewin Road will continue to use the right (outside) lane between Arthur Rose Avenue and Marquis Drive.

The Wanuskewin Road Twinning Project is on schedule for completion by the end of October, 2010, weather permitting. When complete, the roadway will be twinned between Adilman Drive and 71^st Street.

Motorists are reminded to allow extra time when travelling through construction areas, watch for work crews, and obey all detours, signs, and barriers.
