Saskatoon North Partnership for Growth (P4G)
The Saskatoon North Partnership for Growth (P4G) is a collaborative which includes political and administrative representation from the following partnering municipalities:
City of Saskatoon
Rural Municipality of Corman Park
City of Martensville
Town of Osler
City of Warman
The P4G District Official Community Plan, P4G Planning District Agreement and P4G District Zoning Bylaw received ministerial approval to establish the P4G Planning District effective January 1, 2022. The P4G Planning District and Commission replaces the previous Corman Park-Saskatoon Planning District and Commission. For additional details and the latest updates, please refer to the P4G website.
District Planning Commission
The P4G Planning District is administered by a District Planning Commission (DPC). The role of DPC is to meet on a monthly or as needed basis, and to make recommendations to the Rural Municipality (RM) of Corman Park Council on discretionary use, rezoning and subdivision applications within the Planning District. The DPC also reviews and discusses current planning issues affecting the Planning District, as well as reviews the District OCP, Zoning Bylaw, and advises the municipal partner Councils on any suggested textual amendments.
District Planning Commission meeting agendas and minutes are available here.
The RM of Corman Park and the Cities of Saskatoon, Warman and Martensville have completed the North Concept Plan, which provides a framework for land use and servicing in a key area of the P4G Planning District located in the RM, south of Warman and Martensville and north of Saskatoon. The North Concept Plan has received formal approval and now forms part of the District Official Community Plan.
