Join us at Come & Grow 2019! It's your opportunity to learn more about the City of Saskatoon's Plan for Growth and to have a say in helping create your future city. We'll be asking questions about growth along Saskatoon's major transportation corridors, the development of University Endowment Lands, and much more! It all takes place Thursday, January 31 from 3-8 pm at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites, 1838 College Drive.

Information and questions will be presented on:

• Corridor Planning - Encouraging growth and development near major transportation corridors.
• Transit Villages - re-imagining large commercial sites along the future rapid transit system.
• Brownfield Renewal Strategy - redeveloping potentially contaminated sites.
• University Sector Plan - long-term development of the University Endowment Lands.
• Official Community Plan - the overriding policy framework to define, direct and evaluate development.

Saskatoon is growing… as a City we need to talk.  Let’s talk about how our Plan for Growth projects are helping us to get ready to welcome the next 250,000 residents to our City.  Let’s come together as neighbours to build a healthy City for the residents of today and tomorrow.  We’re ready to listen.  Bring your best ideas, we’ll work with you to understand and prioritize your ideas, and will use what we hear to help us successfully implement our current and future Plan for Growth projects.  Working together, we can grow a great city for everyone who calls Saskatoon home.

The City of Saskatoon invites you to join the next chapter of our conversation about what it’s going to take to get ready to welcome the next 250,000 people to our city.  As a City we’re implementing a number of major Plan for Growth projects designed to help us grow in a smart, sustainable way.  We need to start multiple conversations with you about how we can implement these projects effectively – but more importantly let’s talk about how we can build a city that provides social, environmental, economic and financial opportunities for everyone that calls Saskatoon home.

We’re ready to listen, in the coming months we’ll ask you specific questions – engage with us online and in-person, bring your best ideas… we’ll use what we hear to shape how we implement our current and future growth plan projects.

Over the next few months Let's Talk Growth will roll-out a number of videos designed to help us start a city-wide conversation about what it will take to implement our Plan for Growth projects.  Some of these videos are informational, but others will pose specific questions that we want to hear your thoughts on.  We invite you to watch and join the conversation.
