Background
The Rosewood Secondary Core Park East is in the north-east region of the Rosewood neighbourhood - bordered by Greyeyes-Steele Way and Meadows Boulevard. The park is considered to be a secondary core park and is approximately 3.79 acres in area.
The design of the park will accommodate year-round active and passive forms of recreation for nearby residents and park users. The conceptual park design includes renderings of what the park will look like, as well as descriptions of features.
Completed Engagement
The City presented the park's concept design at the Rosewood Community Association online meeting on January 5, 2021 and responded to questions and comments from attendees. An online survey was open for responses from January 5 through January 19, 2020 and received 143 responses. Input received was considered when developing the proposed conceptual design.
