City Prepared for Rotating Canada Post Service Disruption

With the rotating Canadian Post service delivery disruptions planned across Canada, the City of Saskatoon would like residents to know that at City Hall ‘it’s business as usual.’

Residents are strongly encouraged to use the following payment options with respect to their utilities, parking tickets, invoices and pet licencing to ensure that payments continue to be made on time, should Saskatoon be affected.

Utility Bill Payment Options:

  • At your banking institution
  • Through online banking
  • In-person at City Hall (main floor), 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Drop off cheque in the night deposit outside the front of City Hall
  • Drop off cheque in the drop box inside City Hall

It’s a great time to switch to eBill paperless utility billing!

  • eBill paperless utility billing is easy to use, secure and convenient – you’ll have 24/7 online access to your consumption history and balance owing once you set up your own My Utility Account.

Parking Ticket Payment Options:

  • Pay your ticket online at Pay a Parking Ticket
  • In-person at City Hall (main floor), 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Drop off your cheque in the night deposit outside the front of City Hall
  • Drop off your cheque in the drop box inside City Hall

Invoice Payment Options:

  • In-person at City Hall (main floor), 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Drop off your cheque in the night deposit outside the front of City Hall or in the drop box inside City Hall

Pet License Purchase & Renewal Payment Options:

  • Purchase or Renew your Pet License online
  • In-person at City Hall (main floor), 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Drop off your cheque in the night deposit outside the front of City Hall or in the drop box inside City Hall
  • Pet license purchases and renewals can also be made at the Saskatoon Animal Control Agency, the SPCA or any participating pet license vendors.

Call the City’s automated Interactive Voice Response at 306-975-2400 or call Toll-Free 1-800-667-9944 for the balance owing for your utilities or property tax. Please have your utility billing account # or property tax roll # ready.
