Citizen Adisory Pane (CAP) - Property Tax

Guidance on the format of future property tax notices. Would a "new" property tax notice that kept the Education Tax portion totally separate be preferred? Would receiving a multi-page notice(4) instead of (1) page be of interest, be even acceptable in light of green efforts to reduce footprint?
