Come find our how to turn food and yard waste into crumbling, soil-enriching compost! This free, three- hour course sponsored by the City of Saskatoon will teach you what compost is, why it is important, and how to make it in your own back-yard. Participants will learn how to start a compost bin and how to maintain it, including trouble shooting solutions to common problems. We will also discuss using the finished compost to enhance your yard, garden and houseplants.
