Improve running efficency, technique and performance. Class is focused on injury prevention, functional movement exercises,
flexibility, strength and power. 

Maximum of 25 participants.

Register: css@cravensportservices.ca • Starting June 30

All Kiwanis Park classes are free, but registration is required and is accepted for individual class dates. Be sure to dress appropriately, wear sunscreen and bring a water bottle and towel to each class. Classes may be cancelled in inclement weather.
