Combines the muscle sculpting benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of yoga. Using your body weight you’ll perform exercise to define every muscle. Bring a mat.
Maximum of 30 participants.

All classes are free, but registration is required and is accepted for individual class dates. Be sure to dress appropriately, wear sunscreen and bring a water bottle and towel to each class. Classes may be cancelled in inclement weather.
