Willowgrove - 107 Thode Rezoning Public Information Meeting

The City of Saskatoon has received an application from Innovative Residential, to rezone 107 Thode Ave from R1A to RMTN. This application is consistent with the Willowgrove Neighbourhood Concept Plan, which was approved by City Council in 2002 and identifies this site for development either as RMTN or as a place of workship.
The RMTN (Townhouse Residential District) is a low medium density zoning district, which permits the development of dwelling groups and street townhouses.

The purpose of the meeting is to provide neighbouring residents and property owners the opportunity to learn details of the proposed rezoning, obtain public input on the matter, and to provide details on the rezoning process.
