There are many great playgrounds around Saskatoon. 45 locations offer free Play Programs for children aged 2-12 during the summer months. Find the nearest playground or program.
When summer heats up, cool off in the 4 outdoor pools or any of the 30 paddling pools and 17 spray pads located around the city!
The City of Saskatoon owns and operates 42 outdoor courts at 12 locations throughout the city. Tennis season generally runs from May to October, weather permitting.
The City of Saskatoon operates three public golf courses, which provide a level of play for everyone from the beginner to the advanced golfer. Choose from golf courses in Holiday Park, Silverwood and Wildwood.
Camp in the heart of the city! Gordon Howe Campground is a mature campground with 135 serviced sites, located at 1640 Avenue P South. Make reservations beginning in April.
Cross country ski trails are groomed and maintained, by the City of Saskatoon, along the east and west banks of the beautiful South Saskatchewan River and in a variety of parks and open spaces throughout Saskatoon. Youth ages 10 to 18 can drop in to our Youth and MĒ TA WĒ TĀN Centres for sports, games, music, special events, or just hang out with friends!
MĒ TA WĒ TĀN is the Cree word for "Let's Play". Open to everyone, the MĒ TA WĒ TĀN centres are the perfect gathering place to get active, meet new friends, and have some fun.

Satellite Skate Sites - Six outdoor unsupervised skateboard sites with a variety of ramps, rails and fun boxes, designed for beginner to intermediate skateboarders.

Skateboard Program - Practise your boarding with help from our skilled skateboard leaders! Bring your deck or use our equipment. The Skateboard Program travels to a different skateboard site each day.
