COVID-19 - City of Saskatoon Services

The City has made changes to the way we provide some services for the safety of our employees and the public (last updated August 31, 2021).

Effective September 1, to protect the health and safety of residents, customers and employees, masks are required when accessing indoor City-operated facilities and services and traveling on Saskatoon Transit.

City Hall

The Payment Centre, Customer Service & Collections counters located in the lobby of City Hall are open with a limited number of services for in-person transactions. The remainder of City Hall currently remains closed to the public. We encourage residents to continue to use convenient online services.

City Council Meetings

Transit Services

Effective September 1, customers are required to wear a mask when riding the bus or inside the Transit Customer Service Centre. All buses are operating at full standing capacity. Enhanced cleaning protocols continue including the fogging of buses each night.

Leisure Facilities & Programs 

The latest information on Leisure Centres, seasonal facilities and attractions are available on facility and program webpages and in the seasonal Leisure Guide on saskatoon.ca/leisureguide or available to pick up at any at leisure facility, library or over 120 retail locations where the StarPhoenix is sold.
