City staff will come to your home as soon as possible. Make sure someone is home to let them in. If water or sewage is accumulating on the floor, stay out of the basement!

Report water outage at your location

Report a leaking or broken Fire Hydrant

Use this service to report a damaged fire hydrant on public property.

 If it's an emergency, phone us!

Report a leaking or broken Fire Hydrant

Request Temporary Water Connection Service and Troubleshooting
  • Request for water to be turned off at your home or business. A water service turn off is most commonly requested during home renovation or plumbing upgrades.
  • Request for water to be turned on at your home or business. A water service turn on is made only when a request for a water service turn off was made previously.
  • Report a water service issue so we can help determine what the problem may be.
  • For information on opening or closing an account for water service please visit the "Open or close your account" page.

Use this service to report missing manhole lids, damage to the lid or a cave in next to the manhole.  You can call 975-2476 at any time for help if you experience difficulties completing this request online.
