The Lot Information Package provides key details for each lot in a development phase, including sale terms, grading information and servicing requirements.

Builders must review this package before starting construction and ensure they understand the requirements. Once the home is complete, this information should be shared with the homeowner.

Each community and phase also has Architectural controls that guide building design and appearance.
