Lot Information Packages

The Lot Information Package is a document that provides critical information and guidance on purchasing residential lots through Saskatoon Land and dwelling construction on the purchased lot. Important requirements are outlined in the package and must be followed. Builders should become familiar with the contents of the package and ensure that:

1. the construction process follows the requirements outlined in the Lot Information Package and
2. that the finished dwelling and site complies with the requirements of the package.

Once the dwelling is built, the builder should share the lot information package with the purchaser.
