Single-Unit Open Market Sale

Saskatoon Land currently has no single-unit open market sale lots available.

When inventory becomes available, listings will be posted and interested parties may submit a Purchaser Application Form identifying their desired lot and offer price. Saskatoon Land will review offers and may proceed with acceptance or negotiation, subject to terms and conditions.

All negotiated sales require approval by the Director of Saskatoon Land and the Chief Financial Officer, City of Saskatoon. Saskatoon Land reserves the right to amend or withdraw listings without accepting an offer.
