Parks & Amenities
Saskatoon Land communities feature an abundance of parks and greenspaces that are designed to connect people to nature. These outdoor spaces celebrate the communities’ natural features and blend natural landscapes with manicured spaces to create recreation and active transportation opportunities for residents to enjoy year-round. Users of all ages can explore pocket parks, linear greenspaces, core parks, playgrounds, sports fields, ponds, and wetlands. Learn more about the development status of the parks and amenities in Aspen Ridge, Brighton, Kensington and Parkridge.
Park Access
During park development and establishment, all backyard landscaping and building construction must be completed via private property and not accessed from any park or open space. Any damages by builders/homeowners and their contractors will be charged in full to the offending builder/homeowner. Trail and pathway access will be open to the public for walking and cycling, during landscape establishment.
Once the park is completed, residents may apply for a Park Access Permit through the City of Saskatoon Parks Department.
