Proposed Sale of Infill Lots on Whiteswan Drive

Join Saskatoon Land for a comeโandโgo information session to learn more about a potential release of 30 fully serviced residential lots along Whiteswan Drive in Silverwood Heights.
City Administration is assessing the feasibility of bringing these lots to market in late 2026, which would add immediately serviced, ready-to-build inventory within an established neighbourhood. This session will provide an opportunity to understand the project background, planned timing, zoning, servicing, and architectural considerations, as well as ask questions directly to City staff.

Residents, builders, developers and anyone with an interest in this project are encouraged to share feedback. A short online survey will be available on the Cityโs Engage website from April 27 to May 18 and takes approximately five to seven minutes to complete.
Feedback will help guide next steps and inform the report to Committee regarding the potential release of these lots to the market.
