Proposed Sale of Infill Lots on Whiteswan Drive
City Administration is assessing the feasibility of bringing these lots to market in late 2026, which would add immediately serviced, ready-to-build inventory within an established neighbourhood.

Additional analysis and reviews related to the proposed sale of 30 residential lots on Whiteswan Drive have been completed. Draft reports are now being finalized, and a summary of the findings will be posted to the Engage page on or before December 15, 2026.
This work was undertaken in response to questions and feedback received during earlier engagement activities. The assessments were completed by qualified third-party consultants or City of Saskatoon departments.
The completed assessments include:
- Traffic impact analysis
Review of traffic conditions, safety, parking, access and potential traffic impacts.

Review of site conditions and environmental considerations.
Completed by: Pinchin - Urban ecological and tree health assessment
Review of environmental features of the site associated with vegetation, wildlife and regulated species of management concern.
Completed by: Pinchin - Topographical survey and drainage analysis
Review of existing lot grades, grading and drainage conditions.
Completed by: Saskatoon Water, City of Saskatoon - Open space analysis
Review of available open space in the Silverwood Heights area.
Completed by: Recreation and Community Development, City of Saskatoon
The findings from these assessments will be shared at the upcoming community engagement session.

The community engagement session will include a presentation of the completed assessments, followed by an opportunity to ask questions about the assessments. A come-and-go open house will be held for the remainder of the session.
