Saskatoon Land is offering blocks of residential land using our Low-Density Residential (Presale) Lot Block Allocation process in Aspen Ridge and Kensington to eligible contractors/home builders.

Blocks of various size will be available. This release is targeted to large production builders that have an interest and are financially able to purchase entire blocks and will have an opportunity to create desired lot widths that best suit their home models.

Applications will be accepted starting December 5, 2025 to February 6, 2026 at 4:00 pm Saskatchewan time. AutoCAD files for lot layouts are available upon request via email.
