COVID-19 Response: Registered Programs

With the gradual re-opening of Leisure Centres, a limited selection of registered programs will be offered for Fall 2020. There are modifications required for many of our programs to ensure physical distancing and small group sizes – and because of that, programs may look a little different than in the past. This includes Red Cross swimming lessons which will follow the new Canadian Red Cross Safety Guidelines for swim lessons taking place during COVID-19; please read through these guidelines if you are considering or registering for lessons this Fall.

The Fall 2020 Leisure Guide is available online, was delivered to homes on August 13 and program registration began on August 16. At the time of print, many programs were under review to ensure full compliance with the guidelines and restrictions under the current Public Health Order as required by the Chief Medical Officer and regulated under the Government of Saskatchewan’s Re-open Saskatchewan plan. Because of this, the Guide will look a little different than usual.

Information will be added to the website regularly, so please continue to check back on leisureonline.saskatoon.ca and follow the City’s social media channels.

The City's leisure facilities offer a wide range of registered programs each season including Red Cross swimming lessons (new COVID-19 guidelines), preschool and youth recreation programs, adult fitness and specialized wellness programs.

Pre-registration and payment of a class fee is required to participate in a registered program.  Access is not included with a General Admission, Bulk Ticket or LeisureCard.
