bids&tenders is a user-friendly digital procurement platform that streamlines the process of reviewing, registering for and submitting your bids. The platform streamlines your bidding process and provides you with access to bidding opportunities from over 400+ esteemed organizations.
bids&tenders allows you to customize your profile to receive new daily bid notification emails curated specifically to your needs. We make it easy for you to find, register for and submit bids anytime and from anywhere.
The City has partnered with bids&tenders to further enhance our procurement and bidding processes. The bids&tenders flexible end-to-end digital procurement platform will reduce risk, errors and administration time, while improving industry access. It also helps reduce the risk of non-compliant or late bid submissions and makes the City's bidding process more secure and efficient throughout the entire lifecycle of the RFx.
Vendors can use bids&tenders to:
- Create your free supplier account and start
- Receiving notices of opportunities that are specific to your business needs.
- Search open bids by keywords or by buyer
- Submit their bid online to the City of Saskatoon at no additional cost
- Make revisions to their bid submission at any time prior to bid close
- Where bid security is required, upload and verify their electronic bid bond (ebond) directly into the system
- Receive an ebid confirmation number once the ebid is submitted successfully
- View bid results and award information
Our Procurement opportunities, over $75,000, will continue to be advertised on the Government of Saskatchewan’s secure website SaskTenders.ca, but vendors must register on saskatoon.bidsandtenders.ca to download the RFx documents, view the specific requirements, bid on the opportunity and view award notifications.

Vendor Registration / Access to Documents / Bid Submissions
Vendors interested in doing business with the City are required to register on bids&tenders with a valid email address and set up a password in order to complete the application. Once vendors are registered they can download RFx documents and submit proposals through the online portal saskatoon.bidsandtenders.ca at no cost.
The City of Saskatoon strongly encourages all vendors to register to receive email notifications about upcoming projects in your field(s) of interest. Please make sure that your profile is accurate, complete, and kept up to date. You will automatically be notified by e-mail when a new bid is published for the commodity code(s) you select in your profile. The City of Saskatoon does not endorse any other electronic procurement sites for our opportunities.
