MyProperty is coming this fall to provide you with new digital access to your City notices
The City is launching MyProperty, a secure portal that will let you receive your utility bills and property tax and assessment information online all in one place.
This new option will give residents convenient access to their notices at any time.
Special message for our current eBill customers: My Utility Account and your current eBill service will change this fall
This fall, My Utility Account will be replaced by MyProperty.
As an existing ebill customer, you will need to create a new MyProperty account to keep receiving your digital billing. Your secure access code is included with August 2026 eBill notification, it's also printed on 2026 Property Tax notices and 2026 Assessment notices. Keep your access code handy, you will need it for your account sign up. More information will be provided late August 2026.

- View your Utility Payments and Credits
- Review your Equalized Payment Plan
