COVID-19 Response: Matters Scheduled For Bylaw Court to Resume Monday, June 1, 2020

The Provincial Court of Saskatchewan has announced the re-opening of the Courts but there will remain in place limited access due to COVID-19 Provincial restrictions.

All City of Saskatoon scheduled bylaw matters will resume effective June 1, 2020 and if you receive a summons to appear, you should plan to attend or send someone in your place.

For those attending, there will be social distancing measures in place and limited access based on numbers.  As well, please follow the recommendations regarding face masks. The Public Health Agency of Canada now recommends wearing a non-medical mask in the community even if you have no symptoms as an additional measure to protect others around you and where physical distancing is not possible or is unpredictable.

This link provides the information you may need to confirm a rescheduled date and timefor matters originally scheduled from March 23-May 31, 2020.

For the March to May adjourned matters and the June or July scheduled trials, the City of Saskatoon will continue to review all matters and we will be in contact with you to confirm the date and time for your matter and other details.

Should you require further information you can contact the City Solicitor's Office directly at 306-975-3270 or by email at
