COVID-19 Response: UPDATE - Bylaw Court Closure to Continue Until February 16, 2021

UPDATE January 14, 2021: Bylaw Court remains closed until February 16, 2021. All matters for the time period January 18 - February 12, 2021, will be rescheduled to a date after March 11, 2021. A  new adjournment schedule will be posted here once the Province has confirmed all rescheduled dates. 

Updates will also be provided at In response to the increased incidence of COVID-19 in Saskatchewan and guidance from the Chief Medical Health Officer (CMHO), the Provincial Court had temporarily suspended most trials, preliminary inquiries, and in-person hearings effective Monday, December 14 until Friday, January 15, 2021.

Defendants do not need to do anything at this time. No convictions of defendants will occur during the Bylaw Court closure.
