COVID-19 Response: City of Saskatoon Bylaw & Parking Court UPDATE

UPDATED March 26, 2021:

City of Saskatoon Bylaw & Parking Court Opens for Scheduled Trials Only Starting March 29, 2021.

The Provincial Court has directed a partial opening of the City of Saskatoon Bylaw & Parking Court for trials, hearings, decisions or sentencing only, starting March 29, 2021.

The City of Saskatoon Bylaw & Parking Court is still not open to hear pleas or deal with any other first appearance matters, and we will have to watch for future announcements from the Provincial Court regarding when it is fully open.

If you have a trial or other matter of the type noted, you should arrive with a mask and observe the requirements for screening at the City of Saskatoon Bylaw & Parking Court.

The mid-December to mid-January trials, hearings, decisions or sentencing matters that had been set for the period from January 18 to February 15, 2021 were rescheduled by the Provincial Court and the new date for such matters for March and April can be found by clicking the link below:
