HELP Deposit Request

The Deposit Request Form is optional. Do not complete this form if you have already paid a deposit to your contractor.  Do-It-Yourself (DIY) upgrades are not eligible for upfront deposits.
You can request up to 50% of the approved cost for each retrofit listed on your Schedule A – Planned Project Details PDF to be paid directly to your contractor as a deposit. 
Please have your signed Deferral Agreement, your Schedule A - Planned Project Details PDF and applicable contractor quotes on hand when completing this form. 
This form can only be completed after you have a HELP Deferral Agreement signed by both the homeowner and the City. 
If your project includes a required permit, your deposit payment will not be approved until the permit has been applied for
