Saskatoon City Council will consider amendments to the Aspen Ridge Neighbourhood Concept Plan proposed by Saskatoon Land. The amendments consist of minor revisions to the local roads, development sites, land use changes, park and predesignated residential care home sites in the northeastern corner of the neighbourhood and a land use change to a site adjacent to the District Village.

City Council will consider Bylaw No. 10149, The Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw (No. 2), and Bylaw No. 10150, The Zoning Amendment Bylaw (No. 2), proposed by Kindrachuk Agrey Architecture on behalf of Ahtahkakoop Cree Nation, for 1930 20th Street West, in the Pleasant Hill neighbourhood.

City Council will consider Bylaw No. 10153, The Zoning Amendment Bylaw, 2026 (No.3), to rezone sites in the Aspen Ridge Neighbourhood from RM3 - Medium Density Multiple-Unit Dwelling District to B4MX - Integrated Commercial Mixed-Use District and from R1B - Low Density Residential District 1B to RMTN1 - Medium Density Townhouse Residential District 1.
