This model of citizen service – called Service Saskatoon – is a City-wide shift in how we will deliver front line service, respond to requests and improve services into the future. It won’t be easy and it won’t happen overnight, but work is already underway. A team has been created to build and implement our new model, focused on its four key pillars: Citizen Input, Systems, Standards and Staffing.
