2. Information on this website is intended to provide access by an assessed person to an assessment record or to a summary of an assessment as allowed under Section 183(2) of The Cities Act.
3. Use of the information on this website is restricted to the scope of the following provisions:
   1. The information on this website is for the personal use of an assessed person that receives a Notice of Assessment from or pays property taxes to the City, for property assessment interpretation. The word “person” as used in these Terms of Use includes a business entity. The personal use of information by a business entity means non-commercial use for the internal purposes of the business entity.
   2. An assessed person may exercise their personal use of information from this website by way of an agent. For greater clarity an agency relationship must have been established and confirmed in writing for the particular assessed person before an agent may access or make use of any of the information on this website, and any and all use of information from this website by the agent must be limited to reasonable use for the property assessment interpretation on behalf of the specific assessed person.
   3. Access to and any use of the information on this website must be reasonable and must be assessment use only.
   4. An assessed person may make a reasonable number of copies of the information from a reasonable number of address queries as may be reasonably required for property assessment interpretation, including the making of a complaint under The Cities Act.
4. Any person or entity that wishes to have access to or make use of any information on this Web site beyond the scope permitted by these Terms of Use must seek permission and a licence agreement from the Office of the City Assessor.
