Proposed Concept Plan Amendment – Brighton Neighbourhood
Saskatoon City Council will consider an amendment to the Brighton Neighbourhood Concept Plan proposed by Saskatoon Land. The amendment is shown on the map below and consists of a modification of the site located northwest of the intersection of Delainey Road and Nazarali Lane from a dwelling group site to provide for a block pattern.
REASON FOR THE AMENDMENT – The proposed amendment to the Brighton Neighbourhood Concept Plan will provide for the development of a range of low to medium density residential forms on their own site, including one- to four-unit dwellings, street townhouses and multi-unit dwellings.

PUBLIC HEARING – City Council will consider this matter at the Public Hearing meeting on Wednesday, October 28, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at Council Chamber, City Hall, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. You may make a written submission and/or speak to Council at the Public Hearing.
