City Council will consider the following text amendments to Bylaw No. 9990 - Zoning Bylaw, 2024:

1) Bylaw No. 10203, The Zoning Amendment Bylaw, 2026 (No. 20) Proposed amendments to Section 5.1.19 Primary Dwellings in Established Neighbourhoods and;

2) Bylaw No. 10204, The Zoning Amendment Bylaw, 2026 (No. 21) Proposed amendments to Section 5.3.14 Garden and Garage Suites
