HELP Project Completion

The Project Completion form is part 4 of a 5-part application process.

You are required to have your Energy Advisor initial and sign the Final HELP Project Verification Form prior to submitting this form.

Submit this form after your entire project is complete, and you have completed your post-retrofit EnerGuide home evaluation. Please remember that your energy advisor must initial and sign your Final Project Details PDF during your post-EnerGuide audit.

Note: you must submit this form within 30 days of completing your project your post-retrofit EnerGuide home energy assessment.​
