City Council will consider a Discretionary Use application, proposed by Wells Construction Inc. on behalf of Melodie Lecitivo to develop a Day Care Centre for up to 30 persons under care and 4 employees at any one time at 1605 Cumberland Avenue South, located in the Holliston neighbourhood.
The subject site is zoned R2 – Low Density Residential District 2 under Bylaw No. 9990, Zoning Bylaw, 2024. The purpose of the R2 district is to provide for residential development in the form of one- to four-unit dwellings, as well as related community uses. A day care centre is a Discretionary Use in the R2 District.
