Proposed Official Community Plan Land Use Map Amendment and Rezoning - 700, 702 and 704 Central Avenue
City Council will consider Bylaw No. 10147, The Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw, 2026 and Bylaw No. 10148, The Zoning Amendment Bylaw, 2026, proposed by Wallace Insights on behalf of Action Group of Companies Inc. for 700, 702 and 704 Central Avenue, located in the Sutherland neighbourhood.
700, 702 and 704 Central Avenue are proposed to be redesignated from Institutional to Medium Density Residential on the Official Community Plan Land Use Map and rezoned from M1 – Local Institutional Service District to RM4 – Medium/High Density Multiple Unit Dwelling (MUD) District.

REASON FOR THE AMENDMENT – The proposed amendments will accommodate the redevelopment of the sites for medium density residential development.

PUBLIC HEARING – City Council will consider this matter at the Public Hearing meeting of City Council on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at Council Chamber, City Hall, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. You may make a written submission and/or speak to City Council at the Public Hearing.
