Proposed Official Community Plan Land Use Map Amendment – Aspen Ridge Neighbourhood
City Council will consider an amendment to Bylaw No. 9700, The Official Community Plan, proposed by Saskatoon Land. By way of Bylaw No. 10152, The Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw, 2026 (No.3), the site in the Aspen Ridge Neighbourhood will be redesignated from ‘Residential’ to ‘District Village’ on the Official Community Plan Land Use Map.

REASON FOR THE AMENDMENT – The proposed amendment is being done in conjunction with an amendment to the Aspen Ridge Neighbourhood Concept Plan and rezoning. The amendment will facilitate the consolidation of the site with an adjacent site and developed as part of the District Village.

PUBLIC HEARING – City Council will consider this matter at the Public Hearing meeting of City Council on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at Council Chamber, City Hall, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. You may make a written submission and/or speak to City Council at the Public Hearing.
