Bylaw 8491 - Campaign Disclosure and Spending Limits Bylaw, 2006

The purpose of the bylaw is to establish disclosure requirements respecting campaign contributions and expenses and establish spending limits for candidates nominated in accordance with The Local Government Election Act for election to Council.
